Returns & Exchanges
Clients may return or exchange "in-stock" items and we offer free return shipping within the UK for these items. In-stock items include: bathroom countertop accessories, bath towels, bath robes & slippers, baskets & storage and personal care items.

We also sell "made-to-order" items. Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Made-to-order items include all washstands, lighting, mirrors and cabinets, wall mounted accessories, marbles and tiles. If you are unsure if an item is "made-to-order" or "in-stock" - please contact us to check prior to placing your order.

To return in-stock items simply complete the Returns & Exchanges form on the back of your invoice, marking the reason for return. If you don't have your form you can download and print one here.

Returns Postage
On the front of your invoice you will find a Returns Address label which you can use. The returns address information is also here:

UK & Channel Islands Returns Address
Please return your package to the following address (using Royal Mail):

This returns address is a FREEPOST address, so we pay the cost of the return postage
