Returns & Exchanges It is very important to us that you are pleased with your Balineum products, so if your purchases do not fully meet your expectations, our easy return policy allows you to return or exchange anything, at any time, for any reason, and we pay the return postage. There's no need to call, simply complete the Returns & Exchanges form on the back of your invoice, marking the reason for return. If you don't have your form you can download and print one here. For refunds, use the form to indicate which items you are returning. We will credit your original method of payment excluding the original delivery charge. For gifts being returned, we provide a credit note rather than refunding the original credit card. If you'd like to exchange an item, you can indicate on the form which items you would like instead. If the replacement items are less than the returned items, we will refund the difference to your card. If the replacement items are more than the returned items, please also complete your credit/debit card details on the form for us to collect payment. Delivery of your exchange items is free. Ensure your package is securely sealed and returned on a standard airmail service. Please obtain a receipt of posting send us your receipt (via mail or email) and we will refund your return postage. Non-EU Returns Address
We are unable to refund your return postage if you are outside the EU. Disclaimer: To ensure your complete satisfaction we offer a very generous returns policy. This policy could be open to abuse and so we do reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds or exchanges in exceptional cases. |
