Returns & Exchanges
We offer free return shipping within the UK. Outside the UK, returns are at customer's cost.

It is very important to us that you are pleased with your Balineum products, so if your purchases do not fully meet your expectations, our easy return policy allows you to return or exchange anything, at any time, for any reason, and we pay the return postage.

There's no need to call, simply complete the Returns & Exchanges form on the back of your invoice, marking the reason for return. If you don't have your form you can download and print one here.

For refunds, use the form to indicate which items you are returning. We will credit your original method of payment excluding the original delivery charge. For gifts being returned, we provide a credit note rather than refunding the original credit card.

If you'd like to exchange an item, you can indicate on the form which items you would like instead. If the replacement items are less than the returned items, we will refund the difference to your card. If the replacement items are more than the returned items, please also complete your credit/debit card details on the form for us to collect payment. Delivery of your exchange items is free.

On the front of your invoice you will find a Returns Address label which you can use. The returns address information is also here:

UK & Channel Islands Returns Address

This returns address is a FREEPOST address, so we pay the cost of the return postage
