1. Do you have a store?  Where are your products stocked?
We do not have a freestanding store. A small selection of our products are stocked in Liberty (towels and baskets).

We also have a simple home office in NW3 with a selection of products and samples. You are welcome to come see us in person, but we ask that you please email or call in advance to book a time. There is usually someone available between 9-6pm daily. We have samples of many items in our office but not all items, so be sure to ask us if you are looking to see something in particular.

2. I am an interior designer / architect / building contractor with a particular project, who should I contact?
Balineum staff are experienced in working with designers on small and large scale interior projects. Please contact our office to discuss your project needs.

3. I am a retailer interested in stocking Balineum products, do you sell wholesale?
We only work with very select wholesale partners and only with certain product lines. Please contact us to discuss your interest.

4. Do I need to pay VAT or Taxes on purchases?
All of the prices on our website are retail including 20% VAT.

If you have a billing and/or delivery address within the EU Fiscal Area we are legally required to collect VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%. This tax is included in the product prices shown on the website.

EU members required to pay VAT: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia,, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Please note: Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Vatican City, Andorra, San Marino are not included.

If you are VAT registered company in the EU please contact us with your VAT registration details.

If both your delivery and billing address is outside the EU, you will not be charged VAT. This price will be re-calculated at checkout.

5. Who do I contact for Press Inquiries?
For any press enquiries, releases, image requests, event ideas and product loans please contact Elizabeth Machin on info@elizabethmachinpr.com

6. The item I want is on back-order, what does this mean?
Items on back order are currently out of stock but we are expecting a new shipment from which you can reserve your item. We may collect your credit card details to secure your order for the backorder items, but we do not take payment on goods until they are ready to ship. If you change your mind prior to shipment, you can cancel your order at anytime by simply calling us +44 207 431 9364 or emailing

Made-to-order items require a 50% deposit. The lead-times vary by product. Made to order items cannot be returned.

7. I did not receive my product order, what should I do?
