Returns & Exchanges
Clients may return or exchange "stock" items which include: bathroom countertop accessories, bath towels, bath robes & slippers, baskets & storage and personal care items.

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, and, if possible, in the original packaging within 30 days. Balineum reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. A 20% re-stocking fee may be charged if your return exceeds 30 days or original packaging is not available. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

We are not responsible for return postage costs other than for incorrect, mis-described or faulty items. Faulty items can be returned free of charge by contacting our customer service team.

If you would like to exchange your item(s), please complete the exchange information on the returns form. All exchanges will be sent to you without any additional postage charges.

To return or exchange stock items simply complete the Returns & Exchanges form supplied in your package, ensuring the order number, item name(s) and quantity are included on the form. If you don't have your form you can download and print one here

We also sell "made to order" items. Made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty and include all washstands, lighting, mirrors and cabinets, wall mounted accessories, marbles and tiles. If you are unsure if an item is "made to order" or "stock" please contact us to check prior to placing your order. These items will also be marked on any quote sent to you.

Be sure to obtain a free proof of postage when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

Non-UK Returns
Customers returning orders from outside of the UK will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order. Please note: we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. We recommend that overseas customers send their returns via a registered trackable service.
