Our Hanley Pressed ceramic tiles are made in Europe and glazed in England. Coordinating trims and tiles are available to order separately with no minimums. Please note, glaze colours will vary between batches. Sizing is consistent which allows for a crisper, cleaner installation with standardised 2mm grout lines.
Ceramic Tile Care: Clean tile surfaces with a non-abrasive, mild and PH neutral cleaner. Neutral cleaners are devoid of acids, caustics, harsh fillers, or abrasives that could scratch the surface of the tile. Do not use abrasive cleaning pads, steel wool, metal brushes or scouring pads as these may scratch the surface of the glaze. Crackled tiles and tiles that will face regular wet use should be sealed after installation and periodically as needed.
Tiles are sold as seen. Sales are final and returns are not accepted.

All tiles will ship from London, if we ship these to you abroad, we are not responsible for local import taxes and duties.
What Are Tile Overs?
Our hand finished tiles are made to order in Europe. Sometimes an order is cancelled, quantities change or we make more than we need. Our "overs" are the same high quality as our bespoke orders but we sell as full boxes of tiles.
What Are Tile Seconds?
Our "seconds" will have discolouration like speckles or streaks in the glaze due to unexpected issues in firing but otherwise still meet our stringent quality standards. Generally sold as boxes of tiles, not individually.
